Capacity: 8 adults, 2 children, and 2 babies — 370 m² over 3 floors. Ground floor: • Spacious, bright living area with lounge, dining space, and fully equipped open kitchen • Separate toilet • 1 double bedroom (double bed) • 1 master suite (king bed) with bathroom: double sinks, bathtub, shower, and separate toilet First floor: Large landing with access to: • 1 double bedroom with double bed and crib • 1 bathroom with double sinks, shower, and separate toilet • 1 play area with books and board games • 1 large dormitory room: 3 single beds, a double sofa bed, and a crib — flexible sleeping arrangements Basement: • Beautiful vaulted room carved into the rock with underground stream • Laundry area with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and drying rack Outside & Park: • Fully enclosed courtyard • Two covered terraces for summer meals • Outside the property, a vast, unfenced 17-hectare park where dogs must be kept on a leash • Owner’s dog lives on site Pool area (shared with owner): • Access from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. • Sun loungers and solar shower available • Please rinse before swimming • Prohibited: large pool toys, sharp objects, flippers (to protect the liner) • Pool towels not provided • Dogs are not allowed in or around the pool
